With the Country Living Christmas Fair in London in full swing, two exhibitors have been singled out and celebrated with special awards. After a tough decision from the many wonderful stands, Country Living Editor-in-Chief, Susy Smith, hand-picked her favourite top exhibitor to the fair this year and her most festive stand.
Editor’s Choice Award
After much deliberation, Susy Smith crowned Lottie Day (above) as her favourite exhibitor this year. Based in Norfolk, Lottie produces a range of hand-printed, hand-made textile products for the home, garden or at the beach. Screen printed tea towels, shoppers, deck chairs and lampshades are among her colourful and unique products, which feature lobsters, Norfolk hares, dahlias and allotment vegetables. Lottie’s workshop is based in the Assembly House, a Georgian mansion in the centre of Norwich.
Most Festive Stand Award

Radiating festive spirit this year was decoration design company Fitzjohn & Stone (above). Established in 2013 by Mary Stone and Helen Fitzjohn, the pair create beautiful garlands, greetings cards, advent calendars and wooden decorations from their garden workshop in Lincolnshire. Inspired by the natural world that surrounds them as well as old-fashioned lettering, the designs involve doves, trees and leaves and beautiful letter pressed messages.
